Chef Kacper Sproski is a very ambitious young chef. He was infected cooking by his uncle who runs a restaurant near Wrocław.
Currently, Kacper is working in one of the trendy restaurants in Belsk Duży, "Pałac Mała Wieś". He is interested in modern Polish cuisine.
He is a graduate of the Complex of Gastronomy and Commercial Schools in Bielsko-Biała, graduated with honors.
Despite his young age, he can boast of a job in: four-star Papuga Park Hotel in Bielsko-Biała, Fabryczna Bistro by Adam Hasiak in Wapienica, Pastamore in Bielsko-Biała and Kombinat Bistro in Czechowice-Dziedzice. He was also on two-weeks internships in Belvedere Warsaw Restaurant and Marcin Budynka Culinary Academy.
He took part in the organization of a private restaurant for music artists at the Open'er festival in Gdynia.
