Chef Ihor Skibin
About Chef
Ihor currently works as a head chef at the Project Wilson restaurant. He specializes in French, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian and pan-European cuisine.
He began his adventure with cooking because of his love for his mother's dishes. Ever since he was a child, he dreamed of becoming a chef.
After moving to Poznan, he graduated from the Wyższa Szkoła Gastronomii i Hotelarstwa, and did his apprenticeship in the south of France. He was a helper in the kitchen of the 4-star Imperator Hotel in the city of Nim. It was there that he assimilated the knowledge of service at the highest level. After returning to Poznan, he honed his skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
He is a finalist in many prestigious competitions and is constantly expanding his knowledge through training. He has experience in creating menus for parties.
In his free time, he likes to enjoy good food with his loved ones.
