Chef Francesco is a chef for whom cooking is a tradition. According to him, it has to be enjoyed with style!!
As a child, Francesco watched his family cook and bake in Italy. Later, he cooked with his family with great enthusiasm, and that's how he discovered his passion for cooking.
He received his cook's diploma in Basel. Francesco worked in various Italian and international restaurants in Basel, such as Hotel Radisson SAS, Picobello Pizzeria Vineria, Restaurant Veronica, Ristorante Molino, Restaurant Bella Italia and other restaurants. He had the opportuniy to work with experienced chefs.
Because Francesco had previously worked as an event chef and enjoyed it, he came up with the idea of becoming a self-employed event chef and a hire chef who prepares meals at clients' homes.
Cooking changed his life, both private and professional. Privately, Francesco cooks for family and friends, and professionally he cooks at events, parties and celebrations. He loves to pamper his relatives and guests with his culinary skills.
