Ewelina is a journalist, blogger, traveler, foodie and entertainer. He cooks by profession and passion, he teaches others to taste good in the kitchen. She is a specialist in vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

He conducts professional live cooking and cooking show events. She has already appeared on the culinary scene, among others with Ewa Wachowicz, Pascal Brodnicki, Anna Starmach, Mateusz Gessler, Zosia Ślotała and Marta Dymek.

She is the founder of the culinary blog Pichconko.pl, the author of the e-book "Ketogenic Diet for Vegetarians", the originator of gastronomic concepts and a co-organizer of the Kaliska Social Cuisine. She is the author of the project entitled "Academy of conscious eating Pichconko.pl" awarded with the winning statuette in the competition "Actions Worthy of Attention".

Her vegetarian and vegan dishes and desserts can be tasted in many places in Poland, including on the Hel Peninsula, in several local restaurants or in the original project - food truck restaurant "Pasnik" in Jastarnia. Ewelina introduces new gastronomic concepts to the market and revolutionizes the way existing kitchens operate by developing a new menu and work tactics.

She is a culinary consultant for educational institutions, culinary photographer, author of gastronomic guides, coordinator of www.kulinarnib2.pl - the brodnicka & borowski project (artisan bakery | cultivation of shiitake mushrooms | culinary shows | restaurant | food truck).

Ewelina has created scenarios for live cooking shows and culinary workshops based on experiences gained in cooking in various countries, such as Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malta, Spain, etc. in Switzerland, Austria and France. She deals with the catering of both traditional events (family meetings, weddings, etc.) as well as events in unconventional natural circumstances - e.g. during regattas, on boats. Two years ago, her culinary publishing publication with Disney Polska saw the light of day. Currently, she is focusing on a Krakow project - an accelerator of several culinary profiles, which is designed to give guests a unique taste experience.
