About Chef

Antonio and Tania are a well-knit Italian-Cuban marriage and a crazy duo of chefs.

Antonio has been a professional Italian chef for over than 20 years. He has worked in restaurants, hotels and as a private chef in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Barcelona.

Currently, he is working in Warsaw in an Italian restaurant in Mokotów: Quattro Piatti.

Tania has been a cook for 15 years and she is a perfectionist in every service.

For several years, he and his wife Tania have been working together at private parties. For them, cooking is a passion and a profession.

We had the pleasure of Tania and Antonio prepare a Cuban BBQ. The food was delicous and they were a delight to have at our home. They brought lots of positive energy and the Mohito’s were fantastic. Thank you Tania and Antonio. We look forward to having you at out next party.

We took advantage of the offer of a culinary workshop led by Antonio and Tania in a small circle of the closest family (5 people). Antonio and Tania are two great chefs, but also great, nice people. They create a very comfortable, warm and joyful atmosphere, and the dishes they conjure up and the way they are served make a really amazing impression. In the eyes of children it looks like magic :) They alternate Italian and Spanish-Cuban cuisine and it is a delicious combination. A very cool, natural approach of Tania and Antonio to children makes a feast prepared at home much more pleasant for a family with children than going to a restaurant by analogy. Tania taught us to make a delicious and beautiful-looking Spanish omelette - we will certainly use the recipe for our own home use. The steak prepared by Antonio melted in his mouth, and the heavily reduced red wine sauce made him velvety - lick your fingers! Seafood, other starters and desserts - beautifully presented and deliciously tasting cheesecake with raspberries and tiramisu. Separate dishes for children - pasta, of course - were so delicious that even our restaurant eaters, usually fussy eaters, swept everything off the plates in record time. We will remember all this for a long time and we definitely want to meet this professional duo again. And finally, an additional advantage - after cooking and a feast in the kitchen and dining room, there is no trace, everything shines. We recommend it for every occasion!

Antonio and Tania create a great atmosphere, delicious dishes and starters are seasoned with an experience in the form of cold ice - which not only tastes great, but looks phenomenal. It's good to know one of the Italian / Spanish languages, then you can still show off to your partner, but each dinner enriches with your personality. 10/10

The Chef duo Tania and Antonio are a very professional and energetic couple who created an unforgettable atmosphere during the evening. Their menu of various snacks charmed us with its form, because it was beautifully displayed on a mirror pyramid wrapped in smoke from liquid nitrogen. A hit when it comes to catering for events! The guests were delighted with the taste, and the portion was enough until the end of the party. We especially remember the delicate cheesecake dessert with fruit and octopus live smoked. Finally, the cooks cleaned the kitchen to a shine. A great experience and attraction for guests, I recommend it!
