About Chef

Adam graduated from the Hotel Technical School at the Emilia Plater School Complex No. 2 in Piaseczno and the Post-Secondary Catering School in the profession of a chef in Warsaw.

He did his apprenticeship at the Gromada Hotel and the Bezgraniczna Restaurant. In addition, he completed a course in dietetics of the first and second degree and took many training courses, including Thai Cuisine, ABC of fermentation.

Adam has worked as a junior cook/kitchen assistant at Trans - Gastro, as an independent cook at Lucid Club, as a cook at Goodie Foodie diet catering, a cook at Green Tomato diet catering. In addition, Adam was a chef at Perfect Chef diet catering and a chef at Good Day diet catering.
