Tobias is an experienced and trained chef who completed his culinary education from 2000 to 2004 in Heidelberg. In the following years, he gained extensive professional experience in renowned restaurants and hotels in Germany (2004–2014) and Switzerland. There, he held various positions – from production chef to Chef de Partie to head chef.
For several years now, Tobias has been working successfully as a freelancer and private chef for hire. With 24 years of professional experience, he brings a broad culinary knowledge that also includes service.
Tobias particularly enjoys inspiring others with exotic dishes and elements of molecular cuisine. His clients appreciate not only the outstanding quality of his food but also his passion, creativity, and excellent organizational skills.
