Sebastian is a trained chef and patissie. He has been working in the gastronomy for 25 years.
During his education, he completed an apprenticeship as a Chef at the Restaurant Nikolaushof in Würzburg and an apprenticeship as a Pastry Chef at the Konditorei Pfister in Estenfeld.
During his professional career, Sebastian acted as Chef de Partie at Anfi Palace Mürren (Switzerland), as Chef de Partie Tournant for Hotel Pardenn in Klosters (Switzerland) and as Lunch and Pastry Chef at Kunst und Kochen in Berlin.
After that, he has built up his own catering business Fingerfood Berlin GmbH in Berlin and was there a Director, Owner and Head Chef together with his Partner for 5 years. He has been a freelance chef for a few years now.
