Ruth is an experienced and versatile chef with over 30 years of professional experience, specializing in patisserie as well as vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
She began her culinary career with an apprenticeship as a pastry chef at Café Biesenbach in Geldern and later gained international experience, including at Harrods in London and aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2. She held pastry chef positions at renowned hotels such as Maritim Bonn, Dorint-Sofitel Cologne, and Radisson SAS Düsseldorf.
Since 2020, as an independent chef for events, she has offered culinary experiences for retreats, catering, and cooking workshops. With training as a Five Elements chef, a vegan consultant, and a diploma in sports nutrition, she possesses extensive professional expertise.
