Chef Ronnie Dioso Lama is an experienced chef with over 12 years of experience. His extensive career includes working at Pinnochio Restaurant, where he started as a cook and was later promoted to Head Chef. He also worked as a cook at the London Bridge Hospital in London, preparing dietary meals for patients.
Chef Ronnie served as Head Chef at Boo Restaurant and as Chef de Partie at the five-star Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos 1 Hotel. He was also an Assistant Head Chef at Udon-Restaurant , and from 2023-2024, he worked as a Head Chef at Gasthof Löwen in Bad Ragaz.
In addition to his restaurant experience, Chef Ronnie has worked as a private chef and as a chef on a luxury yacht. He obtained his professional education at the Escola Superior de Hosteleria de Barcelona.
