Robert has been working in the confectionery and catering industry for over 20 years. He gained professional experience working in renowned restaurantsof such networks as Dorint, Accor - Sofitel, Qubus Hotels, Scandic Hotels as Confectioner Chef, Deputy Chef and as the Chef. Over the past 5 years, as a co-owner, he has managed several bistras in Wrocław: Wagonowa, Eat2Day, Cockpeat.
At the same time, in addition to practical knowledge, he gained theoretical knowledge at the University of Business in Wroclaw in the field of Tourism and Recreation, as well as post-graduate studies in the field of Teachers of professional subjects in the field of Gastronomy and Hospitality.
One of the professional achievements was winning the casting and participating in the first edition of the TOP CHEF program.
