Rafał comes from a family with culinary traditions.
He gathered his experience in Poznań restaurants and for 13 years in London.
Deepening his skills, he managed with passion and success the largest Polish restaurant in the UK. He had the opportunity to cook and organize receptions and banquets for famous personalities such as Prince Karol, the last Polish President in exile and many others. After returning to Poland, until recently he was the chef in the well-known catering company in Gniezno, Catering Pod Pokrywka. For over 30 years he has been combining passion for cooking, precision and reliability with a fantastic approach to people.

I sincerely recommend Chef Rafal! :) he prepared delicious dishes for our party and brought an amazing atmosphere to the kitchen. Chef Rafal cooks with passion and cares about every detail. The dinner prepared by Chef Rafal guaranteed an unforgettable experience in a phenomenal setting, and the form of serving and the taste of the dishes were captivating. The experience as a whole is rated 5+ and we heartily recommend it :)

Highly recommend the organization of parties under the culinary professional eye of Mr. Rafal. The dishes prepared on site are simply delicious and, of course, fresh. The duck melted in the mouth and the dessert in the form of chocolate brownie completed the dish. Rafal is a very nice person, interestingly tells about the dishes served. Once again, I highly recommend!
