The sturgeon and clams were too intense a combination. Both struggled to dominate the taste. Very presentable. He talks about his passion and work in an interesting way. Besides cooking, it entertains guests. If you want a great Chef who does not dominate his character and Przemek is perfect. Thanks to its modest attitude, it does not dominate the atmosphere. I missed any suggestions for drinks / alcohol to suit specific dishes.

Wonderfully composed dishes, surprising combinations. Art on the plate. A very interesting man and he cooks very well. Inspirational meeting. open-minded, willing to share his experience. Witty and committed. Artist. I liked being a "guest in your own home", the fact that you can indulge in a conversation at the table without running into the kitchen and stress that maybe not everything turned out well. This time everything on my table was ... the best!

Master in his trade. High efficiency at work. The idea itself is great. Remarkable new experience. A very nice atmosphere and a dream come true, i.e. learning the cooking techniques of top-class chefs.

I already wrote this: the outstanding taste of mixing sauces and yolks served with crawfish, delicate, perfect salmon meat, a wonderful structure of sturgeon, and finally pumpkin ice cream eaten from a spoon while still in the kitchen - I will remember these flavors for a long time! But I still have a reflection on the whole menu arrangement - this menu was well planned, complementary and very exquisite. Extra points for that, gentlemen! Perfectly composed menu. Great flavors! Encouraged by guests - he talks with them even more freely. I liked. Complete Chef for Ulala Chef. A great workshop, excellent flavors, but also lightness in dealing with guests. The ability to present your work and tell a story. I rate very highly. Well, maybe this reluctance to clean up ...;) but Rafał managed to get out of it unscathed.
