Cooking has always been his great passion. For as long as he can remember, he has only wanted to become one thing: a chef who makes people enjoyably happy.
After his apprenticeship from 2006 to 2009 at the 4-star Ringhotel "Die Gams" in Beilngries, he stopped at many different stations: from upscale and star cuisine to Mediterranean cuisine in South Tyrol to the street food of Asia.
This allowed him to gather a wide range of experiences and live his passion for cooking. The street food of Asia in particular taught him how to conjure up delicious dishes from the simplest ingredients.
Today, he passes on all this experience with great joy and passion in his cooking school Peters Kochwelt. He gained experience in: Foundation Peters Kochwelt, Company restaurant Audi, Stock Resort (Zillertal), El Goucho Vienna, Hotel Schloss Seefels Austria, Sporthotel Lorünser Zürs, Sonnenhof Naturns (South Tyrol), Top Hotel Hochgurgl, Ringhotel "Die Gams".
