A cook, self-taught and passionate since 2014 in Warsaw. From the beginning, his professional carrier was related to Spanish cuisine in such places as Złoto Hiszpanii, Ole, or Sobremesa Tapas Bar, where he is currently an Executive Chef.

An admirer of livecooking and gastronomic shows, at ease with direct contact and interaction with guests. Founder of his own private gastronomic project - Creative Cuisine.

Miłosz is a lover of fish, seafood, Iberian products and cuisine based on non-standard and surprising combinations. His favorite form of serving a meal is tapas - a Spanish concept of starters and plates to be divided, which you will certainly have the opportunity to see if you try his cuisine. The chef is extremely creative and open to new tastes, so it will be easy to create the most satisfying menu for you.

He loves to work on interesting and exceptional quality products. He appreciates conscious recipients who are not afraid of new, extraordinary flavors.
