Martyna Hryniuk is an experienced head chef with a solid, professional background in providing responsible and delicious culinary experiences.

For the past several years, she served as the head chef at the wine bar Bar Rascal, prior to which she cooked in various establishments catering to a wide range of customers and possibilities.

She holds a Master's degree in Dietetics from the Medical University of Warsaw.

Product is paramount to her - she loves seasonal vegetables, wild edible plants, fermented foods, and prioritizes using domestic Polish products.

She believes that flavour is just as important as the health aspects of a meal. She strives to create cuisine that supports health, avoiding low-quality products, chemical additives, and flavour enhancers.
