About Chef
Jan grew up in Slovakia. Even as a child he dreamed of becoming a chef.
At the age of 15 he started with the hotel management school. He got his first internship at the Hotel Kempinski.
After passing his exam, he moved away from home. He was in different countries like Germany, Austria, Switzerland and even gained his experience on the ship.
He loves his job and the satisfied faces of the guests he cooks for. Now he is living his dream and looks forward to pampering you with his cooking skills.
