Creative chef. He worked in many restaurants mainly as a chef (since 1997), among others in the "Marysin Dwór" Restaurant, Śląsk Prohibicja, Restaurant of the NarieResort Hotel & Spa. Dariusz also has experience in organizing outdoor events, banquets and business dinners. For 10 years, he has been conducting culinary workshops in hotels and other catering facilities.
Chef is interested in slow food kitchens. He is no stranger to traditional flavors in a modern version. He can meet even the most demanding guests' tastes.
