Arkadiusz is a cook by choice. According to him, cooking is a journey from which he derives satisfaction, but also constantly discovers something new.
Currently, he is a representative for HoReCa of the Piątnica brand. Previously, he was a chef - culinary advisor for the catering industry at Farutex and Head Chefem at the Habenda Hotel in Budzyń.
He prefers Polish and French cuisine. He is a creative chef open to new challenges, therefore he also tries to tame Italian, Asian and modern cuisine.
