Heiligabend-Workshops

One of the most interesting ways to spice up a bit the company parties is to organize workshops which in a pleasant and casual way to engage and integrate a group of cooperating people.

This time, at the request of the client, we arranged a Christmas Eve dinner. The dishes were prepared by all guests together. After the inauguration ceremony and distribution of Christmas gifts the participants were divided into three groups of twenty people, who under the skilful eye of our chefs prepared various traditional Polish Christmas Eve dishes.

The two hours of cooking were filled with jokes, laughter, learning new tastes and techniques but above all with having fun and the spirit of a Christmas joy. Once the dishes were prepared the guests sat down at common Christmas Eve tables festively decorated with the Client's company colours.

Our chefs served the dishes prepared together exposing their qualities in the elegant spirit of fine dining cuisine. Participants were equipped with recipes and in a few days preparing Christmas dinners in their homes they could repeat everything they've learnt surprising all household members.
