About Chef

Paweł Marteklas began his cooking adventure working in Wrocław restaurants and 5 * hotels, where he gained experience in Polish, Indian and French cuisine.

He gained experience, among others in: Sofitel Hotel in Wrocław, Nigdy Nie Zapomnę Restaurant, Hotel Orient Palace, Modra Odra Restaurant, Cristal Resort, Zdrojowa Hotels in Szklarska Poręba (chef).

Currently, he works as a deputy chef at Radisson Blu Resort in Świnoujście.

The availability of local and seasonal products inspired him to create several local culinary bestsellers. His passion for textures, fragrances and the traditions of the place where he is located allows him to combine sometimes non-standard flavors and products. Paweł looks for inspiration in history, nature and local producers. The greatest joy for him is the smile and the satisfaction of the guests with the dishes prepared by him.
