Über den Koch

Piotr is an ambitious and passionate cook. He trained at the Tychy School of Gastronomy, and later graduated from the hotel and gastronomy specialization, promoted Silesian Cuisine in the USA and Canada, he was not afraid of challenges and development opportunities. According to Piotr, gastronomy is a path that should not be abandoned, and the profession of a chef is either loved or hated. His motto is: "Cook as if you were cooking for your loved ones."

He likes to play with colors on the plate and create small works of art, he combines flavors with the appearance of dishes, he loves Italian, oriental and tex- mex cuisine. Finger food is also his passion, he believes that the quality of the product has a huge impact on the final result of the dish. He loves contact with guests and sharing his knowledge and passion, working and cooking for children and children is no stranger to him.

Currently a chef in one of the chain restaurants and leading culinary workshops.

Leckere und interessante Gerichte, schöne Atmosphäre während des Empfangs. Ein Stern weniger für das Dessert, das nicht aus Pistazien und Himbeeren bestand, wie in dem Menü angegeben, sondern nur mit Pistazien und Himbeeren bestreut war.

Ogromnie się cieszę, że mogę podzielić się swoją opinią na temat Chefa kuchni Piotra Wasilewskiego z Firmy Ulala Chef. Miałam przyjemność uczestniczyć w garden party zorganizowanym na urodziny mojego męża, które odbyło się w sobotę, 26 sierpnia. Pomimo ekstremalnej pogody - deszczu, burz i gradobicia - Chef Piotr zachwycił nas nie tylko pysznymi potrawami, ale także perfekcyjną organizacją i profesjonalnym podejściem. Jego umiejętność radzenia sobie z niesprzyjającymi warunkami atmosferycznymi była imponująca. Dzięki niemu, impreza przebiegła wyjątkowo udanie, a goście byli zachwyceni każdym daniem podanym w trakcie imprezy. Jego zaangażowanie i pasja do gotowania były widoczne w każdym szczególe. Chciałabym serdecznie polecić Chefa Piotra oraz firmę Ulala Chef każdemu, kto poszukuje wyjątkowego doświadczenia kulinarngo i doskonałej organizacji. To było naprawdę niezapomniane doświadczenie.
