About Chef

His adventure with cooking began in the 4-star Hotel Remes **** near Poznań.

After 2 years of working at the Hotel, Jan moved to the exclusive restaurant "Hugo Restaurant", where he worked with Krzysztof Rabka. At his side, he had the opportunity to participate in interesting but demanding high-skill projects such as dinner during the second edition of the Transatlantyk Cinema Festival and to provide exclusive catering under difficult conditions for nearly 600 VIPs during the Alicia Keys concert.

The next stage of his career was working in "Poznań Bazaar" *****, which is both a historical and culinary icon of the city. After passing all the kitchen sections in Bazaar, he was ready for the position of Sous Chef in the prestigious five-star Pałac Ciekocinko Hotel Resort & Wellness *****

He also ran the Poznań concept of the foundation ".SPOT to eat."

He is currently the chef in the Kogel Mogel restaurant in Krakow.

When asked about his favored type of cuisine, he says: I love the Modern Classic kitchen as well as traditional French dishes.
