Chef Łukasz Wącirz has been working since the age of 16 and can not imagine life without cooking. He constantly learns and develops - always seeking inspiration. The most important thing is the order and proper organization of your workstation, everything to ensure the best end result.

He became a semi-finalist in the San Pellegrino Young Chef competition 2018 - as the only Chef for the third time in a row and each time representing the native cuisine. Despite his young age, he has experience working in restaurants such as Hand & Flowers and The Simpsons. Currently, he is the head chef in the Avocado Restaurant & Wine restaurant in Poznań, where he puts on a seasonal menu with accents of oriental cuisine combined with traditional regional products.

Fresh and traditional products are most important to him. As they undergo treatment they change the usual dish into something wonderful. He believes that seasonality of products has a very strong effect on cooking.

He does not care about working in an open kitchen or even directly by his guest. He treats his work very seriously and through everything on his plate, he tries to infect other people with his passion.

Wszystko było pyszne. Przepyszne! Pełen profesjonalizm w połączeniu z sympatycznym usposobieniem.... Nie musiałam nic robić :) Wszyscy goście byli pod ogromnym wrażeniem.
